Ed has spent his career running operations — restaurants, delivery networks, vehicle fleets — and got tired of watching home services hide their prices behind a call-back. Glint and Sparkle is his answer: show the price, show the math, show up when we said we would.
Jon
Co-founder
Project manager and operations manager by trade, he sets the standard for quality on every job — even the small areas nobody looks at, or the little bit of debris that no one will see. If it doesn't pass in his own house, it's not good enough for your home.

We're based in Rosemead. The neighborhood's our backyard — Almansor, Garvey, Valley Boulevard, the foothills above Arcadia. We know which streets need 2-story ladders and which ones have sunset glare that makes window streaks impossible to spot.
Why no phone calls?
Because nobody likes phone tag. We built an AI that prices jobs from a photo and your address in 60 seconds — using public property data and a transparent pricing model. Same number every time. Math shown.
Real wages, real W-2s.
Our crew is W-2, on payroll, fully insured. No "independent contractor" wage games — they get a real paycheck, workers' comp, and a clean record. That's table stakes, not a flex.
